“ITTEFAQ”, the name itself has over the years become synonymous with quality structural steel in Pakistan. We returned to the steel manufacturing business after a gap of almost ten years. In this field we have five decades of experience and take pride in being the pioneers in the manufacturing of the steel products.
The Company’s prime focus lies on customer satisfaction, continuous innovation through research in development, and quality control. Our long-term investment in a combination of advanced technologies with a highly trained and motivated workforce has been the key factor in bringing us to this point in our development. Today by the Grace of Almighty Allah we are leading a way in heavy industry by providing structural & alloy steel in the form of billet and all types of industrial/residential sections. The facility has a production capacity of 1,50,000 metric tons annually and is major supplier of steel at all the mega projects in the country like dams, highways, security and communication infrastructures and high rises.
STEEL MILLS
Spread over 24 acres of land and situated at Manga Raiwind road, the mills is a specimen of production excellence. There is a main shed of furnace, CC plant, winding shop, mechanical workshop, Yard workshop, warehouse, physical testing laboratory, metallographic laboratory, Spectro cutting laboratory, chemical laboratory, scrap yard, guest house, G.M. house, officers’ colony, and labor colony.
ITTEFAQ has the capability to manufacture international quality products with various standards such as DIN, ASTM etc. The state of the-art rolling mill can produce structure steel with close tolerance and the required mechanical properties.
FURNACE & ROLLING MILL
The first division of the facility comprises of Furnace Mill having a production capacity of 12000 Tons billet / month. It consists of two induction furnaces, Aspiration Oxidation and De-Carbonation AOD Converter, laboratory, water softening plant, FRP cooling tower, cranes, electric equipments, deep-well pumps and allied components. 100 % of raw materials, ferro alloys & chemicals are imported from USA & Europe.
The second part consists of automated rolling mill having a production capacity of 14,500 tons deformed steel bars per month. It is an all encompassing Rolling Mill with all standard accessories and essential parts consisting of Roughing mill, Cold Rolling Mill, billet unscramble, roller table, Hydraulic pusher, overhead cranes etc.

It also has permanent approvals/certifications of quality and sound production from all the major steel customers of the country to include Pakistan Steel Mills, Fauji Foundation, National Logistic Cell, General Head Quarters (Army),Civil Aviation Authority,Director General of Defence Production, Pakistan Steel rolling and melting Association, Pakistan Standard of Quality Control Authority, DESCON, NESPAK, Dongfang Electric Corporation, and a host of others.
